I found the Bronco of my dreams online at this car dealership. I live in NY so I was nervous buying a car half way across the country. Carl was pleasant to deal with, no pressure, no stress sale. I was able to wire them the money and I had the truck shipped by a local carrier that they use. I got my truck exactly as described. It was super easy, everything was handled well, they were absolutely wonderful, I've never been huge on using a dealership but they will definitely be one of the only dealers I use for getting my next vehicle!

I understand the business has been in operation for 20+ years and Carl(salesman) for about half of that. Longevity like this is not happenstance. I think they value repeat customers. There is no rush for a quick test drive and an even quicker signature. One reasonable fee. No pressure to declare a cash or financed purchase; meaning the price of the truck was the same either way. Versus inflating the cash price to compensate for "lost" finance revenue. I've not met the owner(s), and know Carl only through our transaction, but I firmly believe they would not knowingly sell a problem, or a potential problem. If for no other reason, it's not conducive to repeat business.

If you are reading reviews to make sure you can trust this dealership and their cars, please know you can shop here with zero hesitation. I have purchased 2 vehicles in 6 years from them. First vehicle is still running strong. They will be honest about everything, even a simple fender cover that they could have skipped on , because I didn't notice it on this second purchase. And when they did replace it, they didn't like it so they ordered a better one. You can tell everyone at Clouse enjoys their job and genuinely cares about your needs. I dealt with Carl, Grant and Nancee. Fantastic experiences. Family environment.

If you need a used vehicle, this is the place to go! My family has purchased vehicles from Clouse for many years and I couldn’t recommend them more. Kind, honest, easy to work with, makes things as simple as possible, I could go on. Now, they can’t work magic if you select a vehicle brand lower in reliability (preaching to past me getting a 2013 Ford Fusion in 2019) but I truly feel they do their best to select the best quality that they can to the best of their knowledge! I no longer live in Missouri but made the drive from Arkansas to purchase my civic, and I hope to continue purchasing from them in the future. Dwayne and Nancy were amazing to work with!

I can honestly say that purchasing a vehicle from Clouse Motor Company was one of the simplest and headache free purchases I’ve ever made. Vehicle purchasing has become a real challenge (stressful negotiations, extra fees / add on’s, ride along’s, etc.) with larger dealerships but you will not find that here. You felt like part of the family through the whole experience and it starts when you hit the parking lot. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and we will be returning for our next purchase.
